1. Company Information

InternalBusinessTools.com is operated by Digital Rapport® (Digital Rapport Ltd), a company registered in England and Wales. Company No: 07788584. 2. Services

InternalBusinessTools.com provides website design and development, internal business systems, web hosting, domain registration, and related digital services. All services are subject to the specific terms agreed at the point of purchase or in a separate client agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• Project work requires a 50% deposit before work commences, with the remaining 50% due on completion
• Monthly services are billed in advance and are subject to a minimum 12-month agreement
• All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable
• Late payment may result in suspension of services
• Projects will only go live once final payment has been received

4. Hosting

• Hosting is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis
• A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new hosting accounts only
• We reserve the right to suspend hosting accounts that violate our acceptable use policy
• We take regular backups but recommend clients also maintain their own backups
• 99.9% uptime is targeted but not guaranteed

5. Domain Names

• Domain names are registered on behalf of the client and remain the property of the client
• No refunds are offered on domain registrations once registered with the registry
• Transfer fees may apply for outbound domain transfers
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure domains are renewed on time

6. Internal Systems & Custom Builds

• All custom-built systems remain the property of Digital Rapport® until final payment is received
• Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the built system and its code
• Ongoing support and improvements are available via our Systems Partner plans
• We are not responsible for third-party integrations that change their API or terms of service

7. Active Web & Monthly Service Plans

• Monthly plans operate on a minimum 12-month agreement
• Cancellation requires 30 days written notice after the minimum term
• Upon cancellation, hosting services remain available at standard hosting rates
• A new website design is available every 24 months on qualifying plans
• All work is subject to fair use — tasks outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by InternalBusinessTools.com remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. The client is responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content, images, or materials they supply to us.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

10. Acceptable Use

Our hosting and services must not be used for illegal activities, sending spam, hosting malicious content, or any activity that breaches UK law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in breach of this policy without refund.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active clients of material changes.
